Refund & Return Policy

All products sold on ChunnuJiMart are digital products (PDF files)  delivered electronically & physical products delivered physically .

If you face any technical issue such as:
• File not downloading
• Corrupted or inaccessible file
• Duplicate payment

For both digital product & physical product , refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

You may contact us within 7 days of purchase at rajeshwer.tiwari1975@gmail.com with your order details. After verification, we will provide a replacement file or process a refund if applicable.

We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of customer concerns.
